Welcome to The Quilt Patch.
Originally opened in December 2007, by Valerie McMickle, operating the shop as a consignment shop for local quilters with finished quilts and gifts. The collections included table topper/placemats, wall hangings, baby, twin, full/queen and king size quilts. It wasn’t until Peg Fegely and I decided to enter a quilt contest that got the design hobby rolling. We entered four different blocks, but did not win. However, we were able to turn those blocks into beautiful quilts and have taken off from there. Both receive requests to make custom quilts and the most popular is the t-shirt quilt.
